Last night I had a massive stroke about 7:30 in the evening.  I hit our ER about 8:30, and they filled me full of TPA and sent me to Princeton's NeuroICU.

The TPA has gotten me a little of the use of my left arm back, but the left leg is not really responding.  My right eye is trashed, as well, and I'm super light sensitive.

It's pretty early on, but I can't even lift a cup of pills to my mouth with my left hand.  More than likely I'll be listing most of my equipment for St Judes-even if I shoot again it won't be those massive warbows.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.  Having had a stroke myself, it is a long road to recovery.  Certain things are lost, but you adjust and live your life to the best of your ability.  May the Lord bless and keep you.

They think I'll recover mostly.  Pretty much watched my marriage self-destruct though.  They're gonna try to get me up and walking, work through the worst of it.  Not sure yet about my ability to draw a bow yet, but my right eye is essentially gone.

God knows, and He will take care of what needs.
