This is my knife "kit". there is a Bark river, a Buck 113, that I realy like, even if new... My favorit one, a Gerber Sakai, given to me by a Japanese client after a guyde trip, sharpened with one pass on the left for every ten on the right.

I have a bunch more, like Opinels, Laguiol etc...

let see if I can do this...    :knothead:
Note to my self, It worked, I must be smart...

Here is my new hunting knife package. My good friend Terry Knipshield gifted me this knife. He knows I prefer a smaller knife. I really liked the Loveless style drop point skinner he built that sold to a TG member. So Terry just went ahead and sent me a scaled down version. What a nice surprise! So I built one of my famous (ha ha I wish) cross draw friction fits. I did the snake skin tooling that I personaly like a lot in cognac for my prefered color. I wanted to do something difrent on the back so I finger carved it or free cuts. I wanted to do some scrolls so this is wahat she looks like. Enjoy!

Tough to beat a Trapper as a pocket knife.....

Latest as of Tuesday. One of Sticshooter's own handmades. Great knife & feel in the hand. If I can get it sharp, it's a keeper!

Can somebody please tell me the best method for removing drool from a keyboard?
Good grief...there are some extraordinary knives on this thread. Thanks for posting your pics!

My wife had this made for me. What's cool is there is a heart in the middle part of the blade. Not intentional but sure made a point.

Outstanding looking BK14.  I like the wrap and the kydex.  Looking good!

All these beautiful custom knives. I tend to latch onto something and use it all of my life.

My main bowhunting knife, a Puma Skinner I bought new in '71. Above it is the Puma Hunters Pal I carried and bought new in '69. My son lost it when he was a teenager but found it later in the condition you see.

This lowly Western is one of my favorites because I bought it in 1956 when I was 12.

This old Finnish Puukko knife of unknown age was given to me by a friend a few years ago. It's a neat knife.

For rifle hunting in the salt marshes I carry a titanium Buck folder. The marsh is hell on knives and I don't want to loose one of my favorites.
