Awesome footage. Never have seen or heard of this before. To see them struggle just to pick his head up is something else to see. Really get a sense for how big an animal a Polar Bear is.

Larry Jones, not Larry D. Jones of Bowhunter Magazine and TV "fame" was the guest speaker at the Friday night PBS Banquet Dinner in Salt Lake City (2006).  He told of his many hunts in Alaska in the bowhunting pioneer days.  He showed a lot of video.  I believe he was one of the first to do movies of his adventures.  I know he was a super guy who brought a tear to the eye of many there with his love of bowhunting.  I won his video in one of the raffles and for the life of me cannot find it
