That is was really great.  That career has spanned a long time!!

BowMIke

He made a great shot on a tremendous animal. That would be a little spooky being 20 yards from a bear who likes to eat meat!

Why is it that when ever there is good archery footage there always has to be such crap music thrown over it.  Suppose anyone would notice if I lugged a ghetto blaster into the woods with me next deer season. Same reason I cannot stand outdoor programming on TV, what is wrong with the sound of nature.  Great film ruined by knuckle heads and their knuckle head music once again.

Bowshot

That must be the same guy that shot a bighorn ram in Alberta about the same time, way before anybody else bowhunted them here with much success, pretty neat.

Awesome footage. I have read little bits about him, but never have seen this before.  The guy had a pretty long draw - eh?
Yellow Dog - yeh your right, made me think of the good old Kwikee Kwiver days.  Made me look at my old back of the leg scars again just to reminise.
Hey - did you happen to notice he is LEFT-HANDED ?  Just like me, except well, you will probably never see a film like this of me .......

THAT ANIMAL WOULD CAUSE ME SOME STAINS!   :scared:
(of the shorts variety)

I just can't believe how huge that bear was. Even pumped with adrenaline Larry couldn't lift it's head. I-N-S-A-N-E. Period.

I thought the music was much better than the rappin' "music" I heard on a bowhunting show yesterday while flipping past it. I stopped for a moment in amazement.
