This buck and I go way back, some on here have seen picks already and have watched him grow up most don't. He was born with and we know now a severely dislocated right knee, but don't think it ever slowed him down. He ran around on that leg till his last day in the woods fighting, breeding and chasing does so well at times it was hard to tell it was him. Here was are first meeting at Two as a baby faced kid already spunky, running around looking for girls checking scrapes.

You can see his knee, sorry I have great video's to but been fighting for hours to get them on here. At three he grew pretty good still no browtines but looking good!

Year four he gained some weight and rack size but still no brows. This year was my least amount of picks of him but we had several huge bucks running around and I think he was playing it safe.

At five he started feeling his oats a lot more, I was catching him on all are cameras, seeing him chasing does like a real buck and fighting. Plus he finally grew his first set of browtines I wasent sure if he ever would because of his injury but he proved that wrong.

I love a good deer story with some history behind it!
Congratulations on a very fine animal!

I'm slow on the computer but I have pictures from every year up till I got him. He was just starting to go down some on his rack but I will post the picks and from seven on his body was crazy big!

This buck dressed out at almost 250#

This is next to my brothers 5 year old mid 150's 10pt buck for comparison and I have picks of the scale.

I wondered when you were going to post him! Great job Tracy, so cool because you had shown me pictures of him in years past and we talked about him often.
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

At six we started hunting him, are area is full of bow hunters and rifle hunters all around him but he was a smart old buck and gave us all the slip for a long time.

At seven his rack started changing, different shape extra stickers longer beams. He became a stud and took over the area and kept it against bigger racked bucks but none could match his weight or will.

At eight he still was growing points on his rack but I don't think you could put any more weight on him.

I will finish up tomorrow, thanks for looking      :bigsmyl:
