12-14 feet to the foot platform, seat is 2 feet higher.  Try to never go higher than that.

Usually 12 to 16 feet.  I'll hunt as low as the cover and wind will let me.  If needed, I will add some leafy branches for cover.  Oak branches work best.

I like to be 10' to 18' but this year I might try to do some hunting from the ground.

Whatever height gives me the best vision and also provides some type of cover to break up my outline.  When hunting big mature oak and hardwood flats it's around 20 feet.   Hunting thicker cover or areas with lots of brush/bushes I can get up around 12 feet to see over most of it and still have some cover for myself.

Depends for me as well but I like the reduced shot angle of a lower stand.  Most of mine are around 12 feet.  One of my favorites is in a super brushy cedar tree and I trimmed a little hidey hole out. That stand is only about 9 feet off the ground.  Had deer right under the tree too.

Usually around 18'. Sometimes a bit higher in a tree with fewer branches. And, a bit lower in Pine trees.

15ish for me. Last fall I was in a friends hang-on slightly over 20 ft high and shot a doe that was sniffing the tree I was in. Entrance clipped her spine, exit out her brisket, and she died real quick. All that to say shot angle does not garuntee you will or won't have a shot.

Have a fairly light set-up that I have been slowly improving on over the years.  

Older model lone wolf (8lbs) and three mini-lone wolf sticks with small climbing rope extension on bottom stick.  

Max height achievable for me with that set-up is around 15 feet.  Will gladly hunt lower than that with good cover

I think 15 seems to be the average over all..wind must be in your favor regardless...

My pull up rope is 25 ft, tied to the platform of my climber. When my bow starts to leave the ground I will adjust and tie off according the the cover. I am hunting smart deer in bottom land hardwood with very tall trees.

Same as Keith. Much better shot angle the lower you are and makes it easier to hit both lungs.

I prefer hunting 25'+. It's how I always hunted with wheels. 30-35' wasn't out of the question. I set up for farther shots though for a better shot angle. Now with trad gear I like 18-25' because most of the areas I hunt have no cover. If I can get in a tree with good cover I might go as low as 15'. I also set up for 15-20 yard shots usually. Depends upon the topography and the tree (cover and access) but I seem to end up around 14-16 feet.  

Higher than that I don't like the shot angle. Lower and I feel like a sore thumb.

About 10 to 12 feet.
