I watched an 8 pointer from the house yesterday, not overly impressed.
Until I tried to get closer and had a better look - at him running away. Much better deer than I thought.
That body size alone is enough for me, great comparison with the doe.
Good Luck! You sound determined to have him with the passing of the others.
