Only you can answer your question with your setup. step back to the end of your shooting comfort zone and see if they hit the same spot.

If you had said 25 grains my answer would still be NO, lol.
At typical hunting ranges it won't make a bit of difference. When you sharpen a broadhead(initially) you remove 2-5 grains.

I bet you already have more than 10 grains difference between arrows in your set...

Don't get too caught up in all the tuning details.  IMO you'd be better off using that time to work on your form.  Perfectly tuned arrows are useless if your form sucks and you're inconsistent.  (not saying your form sucks, but on some days mine does...)
