Serial # question...21st Century longbows

I have an older 21st Century one-piece longbow (year unknown...not sure if J&B or Callaway) that has the following ID information inked on the lower bow limb.  

1325-134
60"
52#@28"

The last two lines are standard but re the first line I've never seen this type of labeling on other 21st Centuries. Anyone know what the "1325-134" number means?
