SO my new fletcher came in today.  I bought the graying because of the price and several reviews.  I repaired an arrow that was in need of one fletch being repaired.  The grayling did a super job!!!!

The instructions that came with it were worthless.  Had me taking apart the dang thing when It was already set up with the settings I wanted...

I used the fletching tape that I bought at the pro shop the other day!!! SOOOOOOOO easy. Anyway after a few dry runs I put the fletching on and walked outside and shot a bullseye..  Looking forward to my cedar shafts coming in tomorrow.... Unfortunately my compound has to sell for me to get the rest of my arrow making stuff.

But at least until then I will be able to keep my arrows in top shape longer!

Awesome.
Nothing clears a troubled mind like shooting a bow.

I had a Jo-Jan but bought Graylings with the funds I got from the sale of the Jo-Jan when I found the it was not what I needed. Graylings are a great bargain on a great fletching tool.

I find I can't get more than a couple degrees of helical on my carbons without the feather losing full contact with the shaft... do you all have this problem? Any fixes?

Bud B.

I have no trouble with GT Trads. How long are your feathers and how small are your carbons? Small diameter shafts and 5" or longer fletching can create this problem.
