I did!  Yee ha.  I know how you feel though.  I went 0ver 20 years before I got my first permit.  Less this time thankfully.

Good for you Michael.  I never really expected a permit as this was my first year, but, you have to play to find out.  I have plenty to do this fall with two elk tags so it doesn't hurt that bad

Washington draw was this past week, no tags for Kenny this year.

Maine IFW cut down permit numbers due to a lot of winter kill from ticks.  It is even tougher than it has been.  Don't give up

I feel your pain.  I have forgotten how many years I have been applying for moose, elk, and sheep in North Dakota. Certainly since I moved back to ND. So that makes it about 16 years, the second return.

Three friends have been drawn for elk so I know it's possible.
I have even dropped my request for a bull to anything. Time is running out.

I now have more preference points than toes!
