I love the detail and work that this guy puts in his arrows. And am in the market for a new dozen. But I'm a sucker for reviews. I try to not buy anything without one. So I am just wondering if anyone out there has any reviews for me.
Or other arrow makers that may be a better option. I'm looking for carbon.

Fireman2019

Bought my first dozen trad arrows from d&m last spring.  Easton Axis trads. His work was spectacular to say the least. Fast turn around time too. As long as he's in business I doubt I'll use anyone else.

For carbon, Gary is THE guy to go to.

I haven't had any of Gary's arrows, but he is one heck of a nice guy.  He's answered a good deal of questions for me about shafts, when he didn't need to.  There are a good many guys on here that do use his arrows, I believe you will get at least a couple rave reviews.

Yeah after looking through more of his pictures, I'm pretty sure he just got a new buyer. I do have a question though. I've never shot arrows that have spliced fletchings.  Does that effect the strength/quality? Has anyone had issue with the fletching coming apart?

Florida lime

If the splices are done poorly, I'd guess you could have issues.
None on mine that Gary did, or my woodies done by snag, because they are done well.   :readit:

I've done business with Gary several times. His work is excellent and customer service is top notch. Like stated above, as long as he's in business, he's the only one I'll be buying arrows from.

I have a set of arrows made by Gary and they are first class all the way. Almost too pretty to shoot but I do anyway.
The essence of the hunt for me is to enter nature and observe+ return safely occasionally with the gift of a life taken.

His craftsmanship is second to none I have had over 6 dozen made from him and always had a different color scheme in mind and they turned out flawless! Gary is a all around solid guy even when I was tuning new carbon arrows he always would send me a test arrow and different point weights to try...you can't go wrong with Gary and his customer service in my opinion..WHAT A CLASS ACT!!

Don't know how you can get much better work than these IMO!

Arrows of that quality usually cost nearly twice as much. Price all of the components (shafts, feathers, crown, tri-color crest) he puts into a dozen and you'll realize Gary is giving you his time and talent.

If I didn't build my own arrows, I'd definitely buy from D and M

I bought a dozen FMJ's from Gary. They turned out really FINE ... red barred, black splice and white backs, real beauties. His color combo's are hard to resist, I have to look away at his threads or I would have thousands of arrows    :scared:    :scared:    I'll try and post a pic later.

I've got a couple dozen from Gary. The only bad thing I think could be said about his arrows is you'll have a hard time deciding whether to hang them on the wall or put in your quiver. Outstanding workmanship!

I put the order in today. Great customer service. He took his time with me and made sure we were on the same page. I'm really looking forward to getting these. Thank you guys for the reviews. I'll post a picture when I get them.

His boys make my arrows.  Gary is still learning from them.  I think I have a few dozen.  Good stuff cheap.  Best warranty in the business, too.

In all seriousness, Gary does do some beautiful work.  I've never heard of a dissatisfied customer.

Great arrows and splices are exact. Like it was reported do you hunt them and shoot them or hang them and collect them? LOL

Purty and Gary is the carbon go to guy.
