Best time hunting ever!!

As you all probably know by know my daughter Leah is my partner in crime. She is nine years old and loves to shoot. She has gotten most of her friends and cousins shooting her bows when they are at the house. She loves Archery and promoting archery. A longbow or recurve is her passion but a wheelie bow is what she has to hunt with for now.
Leah asked that I let everyone know on here that she shot her first deer last night. A beautiful nine point. I am so very proud! She showed great poise and made a perfect shot to a quick recovery.
I know it is not a stickbow hunt or harvest but I am positive as soon as she can handle a hunting weight stickbow efficiently it will be her weapon on choice.

Congrats to her for a job well done, in both taking a deer with archery equipment...no matter what it is, and for getting other interested.  My daughter is in the same boat, loves traditional shooting, but needs the wheels for hunting for now.  Good job to you too for getting her interested and taking her along.
