Had a few people that my wife and I recently met show up for a bday party. As soon as they walked into the house I could see the curriosity in their (his) eyes with all the traditional bow stuff laying around ( I didn't know he's a compound shooter) It didn't take long before I was deep in conversation and showing off bows and other things. As he held my bows I could see the longing in his eyes so I offered to let him shoot one. To witch he didn't hesitate at all!      not the best form but this guy can actually shoot! I was impressed!! He even wants to come back and do some more shooting! We even discussed building bows! I'd say the Trad Bug has bitten again!!

I was at a bachelor party last night where everyone was shooting guns... so I took my bows.  By the end of my night a good friend of mine was trying to convince me that I needed a new bow so he could have my old one.

You're what my counselor wife would call an "en-abler" well done, turn him on to this site so we can help feed the addiction.

Kenny, you know full well what bow that is!! Your design and you provided everything in that bow! Lol!! I figured I'd get him hooked first then we could discuse hold, anchor point and form later! Just enjoy the experience first then move into the finer details later!!

Goes to show you other hunters, be they wheel, X, or rifle can be converted!!!!!!!

The important part is getting people into the woods in the first place. Not arguing about how we hunt.

Congrats on the convert-in-progress!!!
