Let's see some pictures and/or accounts of kills made with some older bows.

I'll be hunting some with a 1970 Ben Pearson this year.

Looking forward to seeing your past successes, Skychief.

I got this Shakespeare Bow in 1965 I think.  I shot this buck in 1972.
Fortunately, I have learned a bit about setting up a photo a little better. The arrow hole you see is the exit. 40# @28" Bear razorhead, can't remember if wood or aluminum.

I love "vintage/old school" hunting pictures and equipment!  I cant wait to see all the pictures!  Hunting back then just seemed so much simpler compared to all the crap that is out on the market now days.  Guess I am just a young guy that prefers the old school way.

Same old Marauder. I hunt 98% of the time with the old 60's and 70's bows and they shoot great!

Rob W., what year is your Darton? I've just got into traditional archery and have been shooting a 1970's Darton Valiant SL. I really like the bow, but unfortunately it's on loan from a friend and not my bow. Great pics guys really enjoying this thread.

Now then, get your equipment-your quiver and bow-and go out into the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Hossmiller, I'm really not sure. I have had two of them over the years. One was green glass and that yellow looking one.
