No sir, the rest of the story is I'm a sweat hog. If the temp is in the 60s, or higher, by the time I walk to where I'm going to hunt, climb the tree and sit down I'm wet from head to foot, my clothing gains about 5# from the perspiration and I'm having no fun.     :(    And the sweat shorts out the batteries in my hearing aids to boot.

Well it looks like the earlier weekend forecast has changed yet again and is going to be a little warmer than previously expected.

Im going to go check all my cameras this afternoon for any daylight buck activity to determine whether or not i'll be in the woods this weekend.

If not i'll just be cheering on the gamecocks and waiting to chase a doe next week!

I checked my cameras last night and still just have young bucks and does walking in daylight, but who knows.

Colin , congrats on the gator, that's cool. Season opens tomorrow but won't be able to go, hope to be there Tuesday morning. I will be hunting with a TD longbow that I built this spring.

was off yesterday and hunted. saw 3 does in the morning and 3 does in the evening. no shots taken. my son passed on a 5 pt in the evening.
