Great Yard Sale Deal.......Finally!

Well, after hearing about others coming across good deals on trad bows and equipment at yard sales and wondering, "Why can't I ever find a deal like that?", it finally happened today.

I was off work today, which is rare, and my wife showed me a newspaper ad that said something about a "traditional bow, arrows, and misc." listed with a bunch of other stuff in the yard sale section.

Well, I couldn't get there fast enough and here's what I bought:

Ben Pearson Hawk recurve, 45#@28"

6-brand new, in the box, 3 Rivers POC wood arrows

G. Fred Asbell Wool Pullover in Silent Stalker Plaid in brand new condition

100% Wool Sweater in green

2 each Coleman Dual Fuel single burner stove

All of this for.......wait for it.......wait for it.......wait for it..............$24.00! Yes, I said $24.00.

The only thing wrong with anything was that the bow has some "crazing" on the back of both limbs and the Coleman stoves wouldn't pump up. I oiled the pump thingy and now one of them works perfectly and the other one may need the pump rod assembly replaced. NO complaints from me though.
