I ordered a Toelke Whip on January 23rd. It arrived in the mail today!

I went with woods suggested by Dan. We chose Honduran Rosewood for the riser, with Burl Bubinga limb veneers. I also had him add sheep horn tips.

The bow is 62", 56# @ 29 1/2".I have a 64" Whip and wanted to try something a little shorter. Dan assured me that the 62" would be fine at my draw.

I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! The bow is beautiful! And, It is unbelievably smooth! I swear it draws nicer than my 64".

My first three arrows, from twenty yards, were in a group the size of a quarter.

I installed my Kanati Quiver...... bring on turkey season!

The Whip Family.

I have ordered two Whips in the last six months, both were delivered to my door in less-than 3 weeks! That still amazes me!
Thanks for looking,
Seth

Nice looking bow. Is your new bow the HS model? I have a 64" whip and they are great bows. It might be a while, but I can see a whip hs 2 piece in my future.

Seth Stevens

Thanks guys!

It's not marked HS, but I believe he considers anything under 64" to be an HS.

There is a noticeable difference in the curvature of the limb tips, between this and my 64".

I am actually drawing closer to 30". There is no perceivable pinch or stacking.

The strung profile difference between the 64" and 62".

Dan is awesome! How he gets those bows built so fast is nothing short of extraordinary, but I'm glad he does!

Thanks for the strung profile pics!  I think that may have helped me make up my mind on my first "custom" bow!
