Hey all,
Just got done bare shafting and I need to shoot a 145 or 150 gr broadhead for my hunting setup this year.  So the big question is what do u guys all recommend in that weight ? I was contemplating the steel force hellfire....anyone have any experience with them? Open to other suggestions too. Thanks

I really like the 150gr stingers, easy to sharpen and they fly good!

They are all I shoot. They leave a devastating blood trail and they fly like darts for me with no whistling. I have harvested several nice bucks with Steel Force Hellfire broads including the 8 pointer in my avatar. They are all I shoot and they are at a great price to boot.  :archer2:

Hard to beat a 150gr. Magnus Stinger.

I started shooting the 145 grain steel force phatheads this year, mine were very sharp out of the package, they are a smaller compact head with a 1" cutting diameter which is small compared to most traditional heads. I haven't experience any flight issues or noise issues with these heads.

At least take a look at the choices from VPA...tough and shoot well

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

I like my 150gr German Kinetic Silverflame XL's better than any other head I have ever used.

150 German Kinetics Silverflame and 165 Simmons Landshark is what I shoot.

Believe their among the best.

I also have VPA Terminator 200 gr. They also do 150. Great 3 blade bh

Eclispe makes a nice 150 grain 2 blade head. However last night I opened a new pack and they all weigh 140 grains. No problen for me. Just thought I would warn you.

I like the 150 grain Magnus Stingers also...  If your set up is truly that sensitive to 5 grains, you can take the bleeder blade out of the four blade Stinger.  That gets you from 150 to 143 grains.  Then you can add a couple grains....  But, I doubt your setup is overly sensitive to 5 grains.  ...  Good luck.
