I agree with Whip back on page 1...good old Jack Howard Gamemaster Jets - 66 inches of smooottthhhh.  Cadillac o' bows right there.  Nobody builds them like Jack did.

I am a longbow guy, so I don't often take the recurves out to play. When I do, I have a Red Wing Hunter that I like as well as my little Ben Pearson Gamester that I hold onto for sentimental reasons. It was my first bow and was used to kill my first deer.

I have a 15 +/- year old Wes Wallace Partner with a pair of 49# limbs and I've killed a butt load of deer with it.   My first "custom" and the best I've ever owned.   Wonderful bow.

I shoot longbows almost exclusively, but when I pull out a recurve, it's a Bear T/D.  Versatile, stable and shoot where I want them to.  Can't ask for more than that.

Really am liking my Pronghorn longbow right now. But for recurves, I could hunt anything right now with my Kota Prairie Swift and be happy. BUT, I just got a Blacktail and it is something special.
Time will tell. It is nice to have these kind of problems.

Dont think I could pick one.  Too many good ones and a few great ones.  My stable is getting narrowed down to my favorite 6.
