I'm back to the trad world, or will be in a week or so.  I've agreed to buy a Morrison Cheyenne, 62", 43#@28".  It'll ship next week.  Below are pics of the bow.

Thanks to all!  I sold all of my stickbows about a year ago due to my arthritis flaring up.  However, shooting an alternative bow is about as much fun as kissing your sister.  I found myself going to The Archery Shop, hanging my bow on one of the hooks, putting my arrows in one of the tubes and then sitting in the front of the shop for a couple of hours just talking and listening.  Then I'd get my bow and arrows and go home without taking the first shot.

Then last week I started looking through the Classifieds to find myself a recurve.  For me, fun in archery is spelled stickbow!!    :)

I hear the arthritis thing.....my bows keep getting longer and lighter.......but that is not a bad thing!!

Just like Ron said... Lighter and longer is the way to keep at this game... My hands are very particular in what bows I can shoot well...

Sell some bows, buy some bows....... Most Of All, Welcome Back!

Danny,

Thanks!  Your stable of Silver Tips are outrageously gorgeous looking bows.  Nice touch with the name on the 58" bow.  It goes well with Don's board name!

I wish I would have read your thread showing your stable of Silver Tips first.  After reading it, I now know why you named it Nakohe.  So sorry to hear about Don's passing away.  You have a PM.
