When we got to the hunt last year, none of us had face to face contact before so there was an introduction period the first day. By Sunday, we knew our names, shared a few beers, and lots of stories. It was great, not to mention that Bob Burton brought some of Howard Hill's personal bows for us to drool over.

The cool thing about going back to S. Georgia is that we know the layout of the WMA better this time.

You needed to be there! The campfire stories were so funny. Welcome to America Officer!!!     :biglaugh:        :biglaugh:   I also still giggle when I think of old Moleman.

I say we do it again. It was a great time, and no one let the weather stop our fun or hunting. I really want to go so I can taste some more of Georges peach cobbler......... awesome!

Well I was hoping for something a little closer to home up here in the frozen north but 1200 miles is a small trip for times as good as this - I'm a DEFINATE!

Chris and Jeff - you guys better make it too... Wouldn't be the same without my Texas brothers!

Moleman - we gotta remember to bring enough beer to keep each other going! Lol

... And as a visitor to America I can only hope for the warm greeting that Darren's colleagues so generously dispense to foreigners......

If the weather is half as good as it was this year, it will be an awesome reunion.I'm willing to bet there will be some dead pigs involved this time around. That is, if the river isn't too flooded. The camp time with my brothers is worth the trip. Hog hunting is just icing on the cake! If I can get the time to go, I'll be there!

Haha no problem man. Yep, Thom's a friend of mine. He's hog crazy now. I'm really hoping to make it. I've never been hog hunting before.

I'm in for sure! I have to redeem myself in the cobbler competition   :campfire:

Only thing is I will definitely have to talk with my bowyer about making me another Echo in 46lbs max. Last trip I shot my 58lbs to the point of ripping my shoulder to shreds. I am finally getting over it now thank the Lord
