Ya'll keep it up and I'm going after you for trademark infringement!  :knothead:

A 66" has been my favorite for several years now, in a longbow.  Like my 72" selfbow too.

The design makes a difference, but for me the 66" I shoot seems to be just right--smooth, stable, forgiving--and I need all the help I can help.

I'll be shooting my 66" Horne Combo-Hunter longbow this year.  This length just feels right.  This is my first 66" bow, and I love it!!!! I'll probably be trading one of my 62" recurves, or my 62" longbow for another 66" longbow.  Why?  Just to have a back up.   :)

shot a 66 in DG Albright for about 10 years, very smooth and fast, the length is no issue at all in a stand..

Never shot over 60", until recently.
I got a 66" PLV, and man it shoots awsome.
But never having hunted with over 60", I'm a little concerned about the extra length. Please reasure me, someone.
Now that we've exhausted all possibilities, lets get started.

Mark, Why did you order a 62" when 66" is your fave?

I keep going back to the 66" straight longbow of my own making, I am more accurate with it than any of the others.
I do however really like my 52" flatbow as well.

I am now trying to see which I like better 62 assienhimer or 66 long bow. I recentally aquired a 66 Green Mountain and have a 66 Stewart that shoots very smooth. I will hunt with both this year. Decisions decisions   :bigsmyl:    :bigsmyl:
Thanks and keep promoting the great sport of bow hunting to our youth and friends.

66" Ben Pearson #966, 50# @28", my sentimental favorite, and a 62" Martin Savannah, because I shoot it well.  I own the odd recurve, but I really like longbows

It seems no matter what, I come back to a 66" bow for some reason.  I shoot all the bows I build and built a 62" for myself.  I enjoyed it but seemed that the 66" bow is the one I grab whether it is a take-down or one piece, I just seem to like that length best!!!!!!!
