Hello, All,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to "install" the Two Tracks wool felt silencers? For whatever reason, I'm just not sure how this type of silencer goes on....

I've got a beautiful Ambush that I've been shooting bare and, although it's fantastic, it could certainly use some quieting up.

Pics would be good if you've got 'em!

Thanks a lot, guys. Hope all's well.

Looks simple enough.

Separate the bundles, and slip the disc in with equal amount on each side of the string. String the bow, and the tension on the string does the rest.

Vito,
BD has it right. Seperate the two bundles and slide the silencer into the string the long way. You should notice a smal slit in each end of the silencer, the string should rest there.
String the bow and push the ends of each silencer together to kind of "scrunch" it up. It will look pretty much like the one pictured when you are finished.
Have fun and Merry Christmas.

I love my Two Tracks silencers.  They do what they are intended to do, and the best part, is they do not gather all the burrs that traditional wool puff balls do.

If it's not on Chuck's website, send a PM to Two Tracks.  He will answer your request.

That is not talent, but a hard-won skill! No man is born with a talent for manipulating zip-lock bags!   :readit:

Those look interesting. Do they still look like that after shooting a while or do they "fuzz" up?
