We just got back from the local shop and bought 3 of their junk arrows for $1each.

2 carbons, one aluminum, and 3 full length, yellow  feathers.

We are looking for washers to fit behind the screw in tips.

What else do you used to make your junk flu-flu's?

Pics in a bit!

Wipe shaft with alcohol first, let dry. then glue down fletch. Also, add a dab of glue to each end of the fletch to make a smooth transition and to keep it down when you shoot into grasss.  Let dry over-night.

I only had a problem with one of the two carbon arrows, I ended up tying the ends down with thread on both just to be safe.

The main problem was I didn't let them sit overnight!

But for under $2 each I think it was a good learning experience!

I didn't find any washers that fit under the FP's in the tool box.
