Offered by a sponsor here.  Has anyone tried them?  Feedback?  Are they as tough as claimed?  I've always used outserts, or external footings when hunting or stumping with carbons. If the shafts are as tough as BF says, then they might be very worthwhile. I know guys are going to knock the price, but it's not much different than the Full Metal Jackets.  I've used cedars and aluminums for many years, and have lots to choose from, but I like to try some of the new materials too.

They are good looking shafts for sure. I stock them but can't shoot them because they don't make a shaft stiff enough for my set up.

They certainly feel stronger. With the extra wall thickness, they can't help but be stronger.

The extra wall thickness is what makes the CX's so strong.

The prices of these shafts are not set by Gold Tip. They are a custom made shaft for another company that has to ship them back here from overseas. They are only available from them and not through GT.
If you don't like the price, don't buy them. This is however what some guys want.
