Repairing Glen Dale Buck

I have this target, and it turned into a total "LEMON". I'm just trying to salvage it back together, since the GDB makers wouldn't help any.  Does anyone know of any builder's supply, construction adhesive that would be compatable for gluing it back to a working condition.  It is not actually shot out, but will not stay together.  The interlocking pieces have all broken, and fail to do the job.  Therefore, I plan to glue it all into one usable piece.

We have used "Gorilla glue", and "liquid nails" on several other makes of 3D targets with great results.

My daughter killed her first deer with her Quadsport 80 last year...and YES, it was my FULLRUT GLENDALE BUCK....I used Liquid Nails to glue the legs back to the body...its held up so far and I shoot quite a bit.

Gorilla glue is some amazing stuff.  If you didn't know, it is a moisture cure product, so read the direction fully.  Make sure to clamp together tightly until the glue has had time to harden.  Don't rush it, it will be worth the wait.

I've used some old wood shafts and a 12in long 3/8 drill bit and pinned and glued a couple old mcKenzie targets back together and they've held up really well. The wood shafts really help hold everything together solid and I hope will keep me from damaging an arrow if I should hit one.

I broke the ears off the "full rut" just putting the dang thing together.  

I glued them back on with a dowel and gorilla glue.  

I have a love/hate with that target.

I totally shot out the middle of my Glendale buck so I got a cardboard box that fit mostly in the hole but not as wide side to side & stuffed rags in the box. Then I filled in the gaps with more rags, wrapped the whole thing in plastic wrap. Poked holes to stick in the stinger of expanding foam and filled her up. After that I trimmed a bit then wrapped burlap around her middle and sewed that on with waxed string. She has stopped arrows for about 6 mos. now. She's ugly (she because antlers been gone a long time) but she don't know it.
Took a little work and time but beggars cain't be choosers!

broke the legs off of mine, used bondo and it is very strong now...dont miss low
