I have donated a few bows in the past couple of years to the St. Jude’s auction…all were finished bows that I happen to have at the time.
This year I want to try something different. I have a Bocote riser glued up and some pretty veneers to go with it.
My question too you guys is…should I finish it now and maybe take a poll as to what the specs should be, or should I just leave it be till after the auction and let the winner choose?
I am also open to any other ideas.
Here is a photo of the riser block and veneers. The riser has a red phenolic I-beam and back overlay with red and black accent stripes….
