I've already introduced myself over in the Arkansas section and you guys seem really nice    :)

I'm a 25 year old Arkansas transplant from NE Indiana and grew up trapping and fishing. My father is not a hunter but I can remember "reading" Guns and Ammo since I was a tiny munchkin and being the only girl in school who knew how to shoot. I had a homemade pvc bow and did archery in high school. Trad appeals to me because of the silence, portability and we just enjoy doing things the old way.

I'm looking to buy a bow in the next few months and it seems Maddog is the way to go, now I just have to save my pennies! My husband is not (yet) a hunter but maybe I can drag him outdoors once in awhile - He's too busy being a plane maker's apprentice.

Welcome!!  Jump in and enjoy.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
