Holy Cow!  This making arrows is time consuming.  I have a whole lot of time in this first set of wood arrows.  I know it will get easier, it has to.
I hope they fly because I haven't even shot one yet.  I might have overlooked that small detail. Ha.

A good wood arrow does take time! Keep at it! You'll remember your 1st set for a long time.

Should be a very rewarding project....

See why they cost a lot when you buy customs arrows?   ;)

Its not time consuming its time well spent.

I told my wife last night that guys aren't charging enough for these pieces of art.  It is time well spent that is for sure and I'm sure it gets easier with time

Making arrows-especially wood-can be as much fun as shooting them. Even tho it has been the same bow for 6 years I bareshaft just to confirm; and always finish and shoot the first arrow as soon as it is completed before I make the rest-last thing I want is to end up with a dozen pretty sticks none of whom fly right!   :archer2:

I can remember my 1st dozen arrows. I bought a box of 100 shafts for $60.00 and I made every one of them. I just couldn't stop making them. I was having so much fun. I then turned it into a small buisness. I made them for awhile until the price of shafts starting going up. Feathers I can remember cost $13.00 for 100. A whole dozen would cost me $14.00 and I would sell them for about $65.00. Boy was it fun. Keep those arrows flying
