Thanks to Rob DiStefano I decided to try to make my own back quiver.  I went to my local leather supplier and got the needed supplies. Here are a few pics. I think it turned out great for my first leather product, now I'm hooked! If anybody is on the fence about making one yourself, do it.  It is fun and there's just something about making something yourself. It will last forver.
Here is the blank piece of Veg-tanned leather cut to size and holes punched

My son helping me dye the leather

Started on the lacing(this takes patience)

Finished with the lacing

Finished with sealer, turkey feather, and Bone beads

My helper wanted to model it for me. Now he wants one. next project I guess.

I think I'm gonna make a little pouch to mount to the side to keep things in, but for the most part it is complete.
Thanks again to Rob for sharing the pattern. I love this site!

That is awesome, i am planning a very similar quiver from Robs design, but i think i am going to put a cuff of fur around the top and a pocket for stuff, not sure. Have to find a place to get leather.

looks good
