My wife and I were talkin about possibly doing a hog hunt dow nsouth this winter, maybe late February or early March. Not 100% sure yet, depends on the cash flow situation, but we lke the thought of some winter huntin, campin and gettin out of the MI deep freeze.

I was lookin around on the Georgia DNR site, and couldnt find anything about hog hunting.

What are the licensing requirements for non residents?

Where are some good GMA's with good to high hog populations we should look at?

Can we camp on WMA land?

If anyone could get us pointed in the right direction, we'd sure appreciate it.
...stood alone on a montaintop, starin out at a great divide, I could go east, I could go West, it was all up to me to decide, just then I saw a young hawk flyin and my soul began to rise......

go to the Traditional Bowhunters of Georgia website, its listed here under trad organizations.

Lots of hog hunters hanging around there to help you out.
