My mom has a 35 @ 28 Buckeye and wants me to make her a string for it. Does anyone know if this bow is fast flight approved or not?

Since it was a relatively inexpensive recurve bow, I'm about 99% sure it is "not" fast flight approved.
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 42# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 10.02
Blacktail TD Recurve: 66", 37# @ 30". Arrow: 32", 2212. PW: 75 Grains. AW: 421 Grains. GPP: 11.37
