This is my biggest buck ever. I was watching him fight another buck right before he offered me a shot. He was the biggest of the three bucks under me. I had to wear blaze orange because it was youth deer rifle day but I had a Asbell pullover on too. I was using a tree saddle, Black Widow longbow, and my own cedar arrow with a Wensel Woodsman broadhead.

Thanks everybody. It was in Fayette County, WV. There was snow on the ground but the snow was changing to rain so I had to start tracking him sooner than I would have liked. Where there was snow the tracking was easy but where it was melting I had to watch for tracks more. He went about 250yds.

I'll tell you what, just seeing a deer like that pass through your area is fantastic in itself. To also see it messing with other deer, and then to arrow him is quite a memory indeed!
Great day, great deer and fantastic job on your part.
Getting to share it here makes it all the better too!
