I was looking to start scouting Phelps and was looking to see who else will be hunting the area. I am also looking for other places in the area to hunt. Anyone who is interested, either reply on this thread or PM me.

I use to hunt Phelps quite a bit.  it can be hunted real hard on the weekends.  but during the week you can practically have the place to yourself.
