2 more members shine!

With all the giving going on around here I want'd to acknowledge the generosity of two more members.

The other night I got an email from our own Mr. Mudd asking if I would except his offer to pay for half of my membership to TGMM. Completely surprised and humbled at his generous offer I cautiously accepted. I say cautiously because things have been really tuff hear on my end. I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to come up with the rest but I so wanted too. The next morning I got a phone call from Mudd and he informed me of another generous gift from a new member Mr. Mike Nancy (slowarrow). Mike had graciously donated the other half of my membership. To these two fine human beings with big hearts and kind souls I say thank you. Not just for me but for the kids they are the true winners in this act of kindness!

Just wanted to let you all know that Mudd and Mike are two very special people!!! God Bless you both!!!!

I Know exactly how you feel Matt as I was in your shoes only a week ago when Hayslope and Steve Clandinin so graciously did the same for me.

I sold a bow so it was time to pay it forward and well.......Aw shucks Matt!

We were more than happy to do it.

Mudd - it was your original post, and how much this gesture meant to you by those who did it that got this train rolling.  I'd much rather support St. Judes, and honor a true friend in this way than to purchase something for myself....not that I wouldn't...lol.  Let's keep the train rolling folks!

Ok come on now, don't act too awfully surprised by that statement...lol

If anyone who has been so generous as to make a donation towards someone else's TGMM membership will send me an e-mail with their shipping address, I will take the time over the next month or so and make them their own "Robin Hood" hat and sent it to them.

There is only one down side to this offer..lol If you get one, you must post your picture wearing it so Coaster500 can add it to the list of "Mudd's Merry Men".
