My contacts have hunted this property since 1995. This area of KS has an abundance of 140+ bucks- a very good buck-doe ratio, and is almost all private land in the unit- which is Unit 10.

Historically the draw for bow tags is 100% and we need to apply during the month of April.We get to go in July and set our own stands where we want- ground blinds are OK as well.

"Experimental Farm" sounds devious. It is correctly referred to as the Henry Fitch Natural History Reservation and it is only 239 hectares.

It can't be seen from Lenexa either, lol.

In GA, where I'm from any farm belonging to a state sponsored school we call experimental because they use it for research seed development pestcontrol experiments etc

Nope no problem at all with foreigners, I have lots of them as friends and enjoy my out of state buddy's very much and invite them to come hunt with me all the time. That's not a problem

There are still two openings, guys.

Some of our KS folks have met the landowner, visited the property, and know its quality.

I visited with the landowners and also some guests they've taken over the years and all responded without hesitation- " this is great deer hunting"

If you've ever wanted to hunt KS but were afraid, this would be a great intro to it.

Also, if you're in on the ground floor, we are going to make it an annual event so you'll have first refusal opportunity at the following year's slots.
