my wife went to bed early this evening so i have been out in the garage shooting my bows.. And shooting good I might add  from about 12 yards i sent a gold tip 33/55 into another one. first time that has ever happend to me.. If I only had pics and about 20 witnesses that would have been better... Anyway Im proud of myself and wanted to jump here on my fav site and tell yall..

Good on you!
My one and only rh was with aluminum arrows, and I have to think that was easier than with a slimmer carbon like yours.

Keep it up!

And what does a robin hood really speak about, that's right...form consistency. Good job!

Congratulations, I had my first RH a couple months ago and couldn't believe what I was lookin at. Had to drag the wife outside as a witness.

LOL.. I just woke the wife up to tell her about it.Her reply was dont forget to let the dogs out to potty and get me a glass of water.. lol.

Cool!

Now you have the confidence to go out and kill something..   :saywhat:

Congrats!

Shoot another.

After the 1st couple, the novelty may start to wear off and then again it may not.

Too often of an occurrence can make it  expensive. Had one last week and I was non too pleased when others with me thought it was cool.

I have got about eight RH's to date, you will find as you get a few more that it is not all that great(from a financial standpoint) when you have to buy more arrows. But for now congratulations!!!!

Congrats, but don't be doing that to much or you'll be out of arrows.

It's a pretty cool "trophy."  I shot my first RH last summer.  I laughed at first, then realized I just ruined 2 arrows.  I hung it on my bow rack.

Yeah, it is a great feeling till you figure out how much it cost. But Congrats.

Exactly!!!!!!!!!! I can't afford to shoot that well.........unless I have a buddy's arrows to shoot at  :archer:

I like to see the arrow in arrow shots. Shooting woodies this is as close as I've gotten.

You can see the missing nock. Not dead center, but awfully close.

Like the above poster said, it shows you're having consistency in your form. Way to go!!

I did it once, with aluminum, and lots of years of shooting, mine probably don't count though, it was a compound bow, and there's no way to know how many thousands of arrows I had shot over the years, if I ever do it with Trad. equipment, it will  be even more luck than it was with the compound.

Same here, took a target and my High Country to my uncles house one time for some practice. The first 2 shots at 30 yards put one almost dead center, and the following a RH. But yeah, not quite as impressive with a compound for sure.
