Been hunting black bear (DIY) for 20 some years, still It's my favorite big game animal to hunt.

Top 3 In order like this..

1. Black Bear
2. Whitetails
3. Elk

Dream hunt? Not sure. There's so many I could choose.

moose,whitetail,black bear,ruffed grouse,would like to try caribou,wapiti and grizzly...... and mule deer...and sitka deer...and coues deer...and rams...and hogs...and muskox...and.......

Whitetail deer , black bear . The dream would be rosevelt elk . I would settle for drawing an elk tag here in Michigan though .

Once you have had a big bull elk bugling , stomping , tearing up brush and blowing snot all over the place 50 yards away from you there is no other animal to hunt after that. I have been an elk hunter for over 40 years. I kill some blacktails along the way and some bears and some cats ect but I am an elk hunter. I do love huge blacktail bucks though. Still there is no question about what is first. ELKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
