magnus when ya get em let em dry out when dry scrape the wax stuff off then get em looking good by applying heat and bending untill they a good enough to use after saying that they dont have to be as good as alum shafts as they will fly real good. then cut a self nock in one end and put some sinew around that so they dont split and  then i just burn em with a pencil tourch then put about 3 or 4 coats of poly on em if you are going to use knapped heads cut a slot in the end big enough to take the knapped head then as with the other end wrap sinew around and glue it using pine pitch or epoxy up to you now if ya want glue on heads you will have to insert a bit of hard wood then tapper it and glue on ya broadhead  and they are good to go. vic ya a pm. thanks guys i like making em good fun.   :thumbsup:

Beautiful arrows Jeff! I plan on getting some Bamboo shafts this winter and working them into presentable arrows. I'd be pleased indeed if they came out even near as nice as those.   :clapper:
