On a recent outing, all I carry is a pint of water. That night, I screamed like a girl with leg cramps.

My "guest" from out of town reflected that I didn't drink much (drank all I could carry) but he had a hydration set up.

I keep thinking that I should try one... more weight to pack, but gawd those double leg cramps in thighs, hams, calves... well, I guess leaving some drivel home and packing fluids might be the ticket.
