Snuck out real quick this morning before family time. A bit of a slow morning until this young fella showed up dogging a doe in the bottom.  As I watched him in the bottom, a little while later, I saw that he lost his doe and was scent checking the area.  I gave him a grunt and he angled toward my spot. Eventually ended up 15yds slightly quartering away.  Needing more venison and not having the best of luck this year I decided not to pass this gift up. Backstraps tomorrow night!! There is nothing like a clean kill!!  Happy Thanksgiving to all  Joe

Nice job! Those antlers look like they would make a couple unique knife handles.
