PEARL DRUMS

I finally connected on a mature buck last night, my best ever. He is a 9 point, 16 5/8 inside. He and I have been getting to know each other for two weeks, we got real close last night! I just shot a fox last wednesday that I posted and was completely happy with it. A week later I am blessed again! I will get pics this afternoon when I get back home. I used a 51#, 62" Fatal Styk, CE Heritage 250, 150 grain Steel Force Hellfire heads and wt. tubes to get a 635 gr arrow. It was a perfect shot and the arrow never even slowed down on its way into the dirt, a short dash later and I had my best buck to date laying on the ground! My taxidermy bill just shot up. Thanks for reading and I will get pics soon.   :goldtooth:

cacciatore its my first Robertson bow and I believe I will stick with Dicks bows for a while and see what happens! Not only are they amazing shooters, but good luck as well.

DannyBows its been the best/worst season for me. I have seen fewer deer than I ever have in 20 years of bowhunting, but yet I was blessed with two true trophys. Just never know what may happen when your sitting 16 feet up a tree.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.
