Alright guys I'm headed for the deep swamps of Myakka and won't be back until the 27th. I have high hopes to get a deer this year after flubbing last time. I wish everyone good luck whos starting their season and I'll let y'all know how I did.

Alright I got back. I had two really close calls but a shot never presented itself. The area I was hunting had pretty severe flooding making some of my scouting useless. Luckily after a couple of days I got around to a hot stand and saw lots of deer. Its still early in the season so I'm sure I'll have another shot. I had alot of fun anyway.
