I have always wanted to try for antelope in Kansas but never had a decent spot to go. They stay mostly on private ground and we have seen them many times while out hunting Mulies.

Well I have a new neighbor that grew up out there farming and knows just about everybody and says we will have more land to hunt then we know what to do with. The heard is very small compared to most states but I will be hunting with my son and I know we will have a blast.

So were packed up with a list of names and phone numbers, decoys, blinds and a lot of enthusiasm. The plan is really to scout it out and get to know some of the farmers and try to line out more hunts for the future.

If were lucky we will find a few to chase around for a few days then get are butts back here for the opener of deer season Monday. I will take plenty of pictures to share.  :archer2:
