Can anyone please point me in the right direction to obtain these?  I have looked 145 and 175 close as I can find.  If the 165 is not available what would you do.  Shoot the 145 and hope for the best since my hunting will with 165 gr point and whitetails tend to "hunker down" when they start to bolt.

I also went thru Simmon's to get mine.

10 grains isn't going to make a any difference in all practicality. I'd go with 175.
