My boy Jace (9 years old) got a new bow friday and after about an hour of tuning the bow he shot his best group ever.  Group of three arrows from 9 yards away.  He was really proud of this.  The bow is a polaris 54" @ 24lb's.  Both of us really like how the bow shoots and the feel in the hand.

He is looking forward to some 3D shoots coming up in a couple weeks.

Thanks for looking...Shane

Doesn't get much tighter than that. If it did you would be buying a lot of arrows.   :clapper:

Good shooting.

Thanks for the comments guys...he has been practicing about 2-3 nights a week during the summer months over the past 2 years.  We shoot about 10 sets of 3 and call it a night.  I feel any more than that and we get burned out.  I take him to about 3 3D shoots a year.  He loves it.  He can walk the courses much faster than me and doesn't get nearly as tired as i do, lol.  I've been doing trad archery for 20 years now and am trying to keep it alive in my kids.  Luckily my son likes doing it as much as i do.  Next will be my 2 year old daughter to see if she likes it.  A couple years and we will see if she wants to pick it up.  If not, no problem...everyone has their thing they like.  I don't believe in pushing anything on anyone.  Thanks again for the praises...my son loves looking on here and hearing the stories.
