Ive been looking for a recurve bow for my wife she just started shooting. She is 5'1" tall, left handed with a 22-23" draw.My question is if we were to fined her a bow that was tillered to 45#'s @ 28" (which would put it at approx.27# at her draw) would this bow perform as well as a bow tillered to 27#@ her draw length. Thanks, Scott

Get arrows that are spined right for that poundage and she should be fine.My son draws 21" and he is always shooting 1 of my recurves with his arrows and it performs good for him.
Dryad Orion 58" 49#@28"
Static limbs
Kodiak Magnum    52" 50#@28"

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Eugene Slagle

The 45* @ 28"  bow will be close to 32* - 35* at 22" - 23" draw roughly, but I agree with Stickbowmaniac in that a arrow that is spined right for the bow weight she will be shooting will shoot pretty amazing for her.
Zona Custom Recurve: 60" 49# @ 27.5".
Sky Sky Hawk Recurve: 60" 47# @ 27.5".
Genesis 27:3 Now therefore, please take thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and hunt game for me.
