I think you just entered Dookie. If you win I think all you have to do is get yourself to Burns, Oregon at the right time, be prepared to camp and be willing to pack your whole elk out if you shoot one (just kidding about packing).  If you have never packed out an elk, you should practice by carrying your wife up and down the stairs 30 or so times. And you need to practice. An elk at 60 yards looks an aweful lot closer. This is an unofficial answer. I am sure you will get an official answer soon.
