Hey I was just watching the news and channel 6 ran a story on a PETA demonstration for "no fur Friday". I let them know that I found their coverage of anything the organization did was a bad idea. I pointed out the organization's encouragement of violent and disruptive behavior, its killing of animals in its "no kill" shelters, and raising of millions of dollars that have done nothing to actually help animals. Didn't see it, don't usually watch CH 6. I suppose their coverage can be viewed as simply doing their job (reporting the news...that's what they do)...but its still annoying to see free advertising for such a screwed-up 'cause'.
